I blew it

I've been good for two weeks, yesterday at dinner I blew it. I believe I ate 2000 calories in the sitting, considering appetizer ---> dessert. It's hard not to want to beat myself up - or crack down on my diet or exercise as punishment. I know I have undone some work and I feel terrible. I'm posting this to try to convince myself to take the sparkpeople advice and NOT feel guilty, just move on and keep trying.
