I blew it

I've been good for two weeks, yesterday at dinner I blew it. I believe I ate 2000 calories in the sitting, considering appetizer ---> dessert. It's hard not to want to beat myself up - or crack down on my diet or exercise as punishment. I know I have undone some work and I feel terrible. I'm posting this to try to convince myself to take the sparkpeople advice and NOT feel guilty, just move on and keep trying.

    blew it this weekend too. How about we agree to not let this little stumble become a fall off the cliff? Only thing to do now is do better tomorrow.

    if you punish yourself you are more likely to slip up again slip ups happen and you cant be perfect sounds like you know what to do and you can do this !

    we all have a day we slip. Just start fresh again the next day and try to be more conscious the next time on what your eating.
