Drink 8-10 cups of water daily.
Walk, bike, or swim 15 minutes daily.
Write 3 morning pages daily.
Keep my food and activity journal daily.
Eat 8-10 freggies daily.
Track food intake on Sparkpeople daily.
I have been away from SP for about a year, it has been a powerful tool for me in the past, I will make it powerful again.
