Feeling chatty for once, so I'm going to try to blog again.

Update on me:
My divorce court date is getting closer and closer. So I'm stressing super badly. However, instead of freaking out and emotionally eating, I'm actually doing something productive.

New plan I'm trying:
So May 1st, I started 2 30 day challenges. They are:


Not only am I doing them, I'm doing them how a friend suggested. I'm pretty sure the friend is a complete sadist at this point, but it could just be that he is in shape unlike me.

What I've Done So Far:
May 1st - Day 1: I did both day 1s 3x
May 2nd - Day 2: both day 2s 3x
May 3rd - Day 3: both day 3s 3x
May 4th - Day 4: bum day 4 3x, ab day 3 3x
May 5th - Rest (felt terrible)
May 6th - Rest (still feeling bad)
May 7th - Day 5: both day 5s, 3x

So I'm taking my time, and giving my body a rest as it needs. Next week I'm aiming to add in cardio at the gym as well. I just don't think I could take it this week with everything going on. I know I should have started with cardio, but it's easier to do this stuff right now.
