Today is Wednesday and that means it's yoga night. I can't wait. For me, it's not just exercise, its spiritual centering. There are great messages taught at yoga, like "be in the present". If you're depressed, you may be stuck in the past. Anxiety is often from living in the future. Peace comes from living fully in the moment you are in. good stuff learned in yoga. Sometimes I go for free yoga at my park. Sometimes it's on the beach or in a studio, but I always get something out of it. I love yoga! Love Wednesdays! Happy hump day!
