Easter ups and downs.

So today I allowed a basic cheat day. I woke up did my workout and then started my holiday cooking. I did good at dinner didn't over eat I had some collard greens, ham, and before dinner a few deviled eggs and munched on the veggie tray, but I didn't calorie count. I skipped dessert and instead took the dog for a 10 minute walk. I did have a couple of glasses of wine and raided a few pieces of chocolate from my daughter's basket. But tomorrow it's back to the grind and I am proud of the healthier choices I made that I normally wouldn't have made.
