I am feeling the pain and stressed about Easter foods.

So 3 days of working out in a row and my body is feeling it. I AM SORE!! Not ouch I hurt myself sore. More like this rusty fat body is finally waking up and getting the movement it needs kinda sore. My arms and thighs ache and the thought of knee lifts and kicks have me wanting to hide under the covers, but I wont. I Will get up and do my workout tomorrow. With it being Easter I am not going to count every calorie but instead I've made a menu with heath choices. I've added collard greens, deviled eggs, a veggie plate, hummas, and macaroni and cheese to the menu along with ham. I can't have the mac n cheese as I am dairy intolerant now and it is loaded with gluten as well. I'm not making dessert instead my step mom is bringing something that way she can take home th leftovers. My plan is to eat a little meat and the rest Vegetables. And just spend the time enjoying my family. But I am sure I will still be feeling the pain from my workouts to give me a reminder that eating in excess will undo all my hard work!
