I see almost every staircase as a personal challenge . Not only are these brief bits of cardio a great way to burn some extra calories throughout your day, it will help extend your life! It builds up soooo many muscles in your back side! We can't let Kim K have ALL the booty, now can we??

How about you? Do you chose the stairs over the elevator?

    When I was working in England there were 86 stairs between the front door and the employee changing room. I used to go up and down those stairs all day long and not even think about it. Now, 8 years later, I struggle with stairs - but I'm getting better at them. Watch out, Kim K!
    I guess taking the stairs is kind of like picking up a cow. If you do it every day from its birth, eventually you'll be able to pick up the whole cow.
    I think I'll skip the cow, however, and stick with the stairs.
