Blog 3 - Goal for the next Month - Time Management Skills

On Sunday I went to the local botanical gardens with my niece. We walked around for about an hour. Lots of fun and exercise! Woo hoo!
So I've realized lately my time management skills have kind of sucked. I keep not getting everything done that I need to, but it's not like my schedule is that jam packed. I only work 12-5. That's about all I "have" to do. I've been wasting so much time just sitting and watching TV or reading. TV I don't even really like. Why? I'm not sure. Just been in a veg-out mood I guess. I have to start exercising when I get home from work again. It works the best. Plus just doing the exercise gives me more energy to do more as well.
It doesn't help that since starting my job I've been relying on pop way too much to get me through the day. Plus lunches have been lots of take out. Again, poor time management. Not giving myself enough time to make lunch, so I'm going to start making it the night before. I'll only have to reheat it that way.
