Day 8 - I'm still eating well... I think...

I have had two days of poor tracking. I really don't think I am over-indulging at all but I am not tracking so I don't feel as confident or as good about my choices. I need to make standby recipes and stick with them so I don't run into this problem too much. Sometimes trying to calculate everything just seems like too much....

I have had very little sleep the past couple of days... And today I am really struggling. Between the weather, the lack of sleep, the behaviour struggles I've had with my youngest, I am feeling down for the count. I also have a headache which is not something I get often...

Yesterday, my youngst and I made some homemade protein balls together. Something I can give her when she needs a quick boost. It was a nice activity and she really enjoyed being involved.

    Tracking is such a pain. Having standby recipes really does help, but then they get repetitive after a while and you just need something new.

    Cooking with your daughter sounds like fun.
