small steps=big changes

Hello SP.
My name is Lena and I live in small town NC. But not so small that it doesnt host really big diet pitfalls. I think there's a café serving delicious food on every corner.
Confession time...I havent prepared more than a weeks worth of food in my house in over a year. Its just really to easy to run out for cheeseburgers around here. But I am determined to lose this weight.
On march 15 2015 I declared an end to eating out three meals a day every day. I bought some turkey burger at the grocery store and made tacos. Yay me I actually liked them.
I know your thinking tacos (does she know how unhealthy they are?) But after all, I wanted small steps and I have found in the past if I try to go cold turkey on foods, I love, it will be an epic fail.
So with the help of sparks great recipes I've only eaten away from home 3 times in the last nine days. That is nothing compared to ten days ago. I'm on the path I've planned for myself and I am determined to stay there. SP is so helpful I could just hug everybody. Happy dieting makes happy people. UTNT
