Not necessarily the type of progress I'd love to see which is major losses on the scale, but progress in that I'm actually monitoring my food intake. Far from perfect, but an effort is being made. It's a small change, but its one that I am proud of. Also I've been consistent with the gym. I don't actually have a set schedule, I just try to make sure I go several times a week. I think I'm really understanding that I'm going to have to give it more than just 20, 25, or 30 minutes of jogging each session. Everything I'm reading is really stressing the importance of strength training. I can just tell the difference in the bodies of women who strength train vs. those who just use a treadmill or elliptical. I want to be tight and firm so I know I will have to begin to incorporate more strength exercises. For now though, I'm just trying to get back into the swing of working out and NOT gaining anymore weight. I haven't binged (yay) though I have over indulged quite a bit. Right now things aren't going perfectly, but they're going and that's enough for me for the moment!
