Filling the gap

As someone who is known to have a low boredom threshold I'm finding the minimum of a minute break between sets at the gym very frustrating. I have to use a full minute to ensure I avoid further injury. The trouble is boredom sets in after a few seconds. Beth a young friend of mine and also a member of staff noticed I wasn't looking too happy during a break. she came over for a chat and suggested I get in a bit of extra cardio knee raises side steps or something similar, it could also count towards time on the oh so boring treadmill - bonus. so that's what I intend to be doing from now on, extra cardio during rest between sets super.
