We did our shoveling yesterday & got to meet the new neighbors. Great exercise. 30 minutes of snow shoveling burns 245 calories. Good way to get in some squats, too - when lifting, bend at the knees instead of the waist to save your back.
Hubby is off from work again today, but I'm going to give it a go, even though I have the option of taking leave. I am scheduled to take an online class this afternoon at work & I really need this class!! I hope it doesn't get rescheduled, or I think I'll cry.
