Yoga class moving to a later time

yay, the Wednesday yoga am class is moving to a half hour later...that so helps.

I'm finally ok with going to an early class that even if I'm short of time, I'm making fewer excuses as to why I can't go.

This morning, as usual the leader was in a touch toe position and she flattened her hands to the mat and jumped back to almost a down dog position. Then she challenged the class to do the same. Today, I was able to jump back about three inches...hey, hey, hey....progress, not perfection emoticon

I found out that it's good to cross train swimming with pilates--good news, I'm doing that.
