Motivation to stay for the entire time in Tai Chi

Well, got out the door late and on to Tai Chi today......lol. There was 15 minutes to go in class when I said enough and started easing myself row by row of people to the rear of the class and was next to the door when another member of the class turned to me and no one else could see what he said. He said, "Sneaking out, are you?" LOL, I smiled and it was the motivation that I needed to stay.

I also grabbed a can of green beans and a plastic fork when I left home this am, and it was waiting for me when I was ready for lunch. I've been working on keeping the car clean, so at the next place that I stopped, I took the can to the nearest trash can. Gratitude is in small things some day. My blood sugar was at 112 after swimming today.

    LOL, sneaking out. That's funny. Glad you put the bean can in the garbage, to many people just would have chucked it out the window.
