I got called skinny

Monday, February 09, 2015

I counted the times that I was active in my ActiveTrax, and it was as follows: October--I joined on Oct 3 and was active 28 days. For November, December, and January--average of 19 days.

From February 3 through 9th I didn't do any exercise groups anywhere. I just hibernated. My physical therapist asked me a weekend ago whether I wanted to be stretched again, and I said yes. Not sure how she can tell that I was ready, (that's why I'm not a physical therapist and she is). My shoulder felt better.

Today, I started back with the ActivTrax, TRX, water aerobics and then practice swimming breathing. I made the swimming for me fun. I started swimming the old and bad way three laps, then I went on my back and did the back stroke for three laps with my arms touching my ears, and then I wanted to try the front crawl with the right breathing, so I did.

After one lap of the breathing, my body said enough--I smiled and said, ok, and left the pool.

The rest of the story--no that isn't all that happened. The lady in the next lane said something about my skinny size, and I said I wasn't always that size and she said she wanted to lose weight and I said, "Sparkpeople" We chatted a bit more and I told her Sparks was free. She said she would look it up.

I told her that she made my day.
