Entertaining the idea of using a tracker to boost your motivation?
Congratulations you're on the road to the successful approach of getting fit and remaining that way!
Lets face it,most of us need to be motivated when it comes to exercise and gaining knowledge of how to eat healthy without feeling deprived.
It's like having your BFF tag along everywhere you go taking every step with you and recording it all onto a imaginary clip board. Cheering you on as you meet each goal or nudging you when you don't.
At the end of the day it Tally's your fitness investments and makes you smile!
I smiled today as the 2nd week of February began and my tracker "Buddy" let me know that for the first week of February I hit 61,741 steps!! That's a lot of workouts,walking and running. I thank Buddy for that smile looking back at me in the mirror.
Fitness IS fun and Buddy makes it that way!! Just sharing yet another way to stay fit here @ Sparkpeople.com,
