Last night started reading the Spark Solution, or at least the introduction to it. Then started thinking, it said if follow the plan for two weeks will lose 4 lbs a week. Ok well I didn't follow it, didn't even know anything about it until recently and when got weighed by my doctors office last month, I lost 13 lbs and didn't even do anything really different except for change my diet a little bit. I am planning on reading more of the intro to see if this is what I really need to reach my goals, will have to read as much as can but then will have to rest my eyes again. Dry eye is the pits, I remember when could read until finished the book not anymore. Will add more to this blog when get more information about how this will help me.

That is great.. Happy to hear about the small changes.. It is the little things that can get us started.. Water... Yea then just cutting out the things that are as well and adding Veggies and Fruit..
