sliding into 2015 feeling fine

Lots of life questions ------------------ lots of solo time =----------- and lots of optimism about ME in 2015.
Made some nice changes.
Joined my local Elks club - line dancing there every thurs night and doing some volunteer work.
JJoined a friday nice dance class...................
walking about 20 miles every week
strength training with weights - on average 4 times per week
eating much healthier and cooking much more from scratch.
Start classes this week for a Master Gardener class at Rutgers............ looking forward to enjoying starting a kitchen garden - and some nice flowers.
Growingmy very short hair out again - and I can finally put it in a little pouytail. That makes me happy - IM just not a short haired gal.
These may seem like small changes ----------- but Im contining to make baby step changes and find life is happier................
for me - thats a real good thing.
