lol I did a shoulder stand

In yoga class the instructor challenged us and I said right!

Only I put the block under the tush and those ab work from the activtrac has marvelous results

my legs went up and lol I did a shoulder stand with my hands holding the tush up......wow!

    I don't know if I would try that anymore, I have to much old arthritis in my spine to bend that way.
