Water

I used to drink 6 to 10 diet sodas a day. That is awful. I changed a few things, including adding an all natural supplement to my routine and in late June, realized I was still drinking one soda a day out of habit only. I told myself I would eat my next lunch without it.
I have not had a soda since. Research shows that you need to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. A 200 pound person should drink 100 ounces.
I drink one cup of coffee in the morning, and then i drink water for the rest of the day. I typically have it straight, but sometimes I treat myself and put lemon in it. Now, my case is extreme. I drink 1.2 gallons of water a day because it is all I drink. Occasionally, if I have tea with a meal, that number will fall to a gallon so, but never below 100 ounces.
I do not crave sweets. I know when I do, it is stress, and nothing more. I grab my cup and drink more water.
Since drinking water, I am healthier, I have more energy and my skin looks better. Hydration can come in many forms, but I encourage you to not use anything with chemicals.
