Reading through today's emails from Spark I came across the "Small Changes" 30 day challenge. Since I have been way off track for way too long, I decided it would be a good starting point.
The first day's challenge is to tell someone of your goals.
Since I feel almost like I'm starting over, I'm setting some very basic goals to start with. I've started getting myself back on track with exercise so my goal with that is 20 min. or more at least 5 days a week. I will drink my 8 glasses of water a day. I will get my 5 freggies in a day.
These are good, basic starting points in my journey to getting healthy, as they become habits I will add in more things.
