Yup! I'm back, and I'm determined to be successful! I'm starting the new year participating in SP's SmallChanges Challenge. One thing I know I need to do is track my food. I have no excuse not too, and I need to track, even if I go off the program. This will keep me accountable and make me think twice before I eat junk food.

    Good to hear from some spark friends! Thanks for all your support! So, I posted today that I had no excuse for not tracking my food, but I just spent about a half an hour trying to track and nothing would take. I can't even get my favorites to load, and when they finally did, nothing would track! emoticon Not happy about that, but tomorrow I will try to track from my kindle. Right now it is not charged.
