focusing on food at home

Learning not to buy too much food at once
I focused on protein last evening, buying a pork loin already rubbed with spices and I baked it when I got home. I ate some for my evening meal and put the rest in the refrigerator to eat today and tomorrow.
I also bought some beef and chicken which I froze. New to me, only fixing one of the cauliflower protein pieces instead of more.
Veggies--cauliflower, which I will just steam. The whole head, that is what I will do today. One thing a day, is all that I will focus on.
For breakfast today, I had a senior meal of one egg and a pancake, and I met with friends and I take my change and pay with the change and the waitresses love it.
Today, I went to watch a relative who is refereeing in a roller derby game. Then I came to the library and then I am planning to stop at home for lunch, then off to the gym, do a load of laundry--future goal is to stop doing laundry on the weekend.
