    Uh. Yeah. A ton? Hmmmm. I usually just keep scooping peanut butter in until it feels right :)

    Counting Calories and measuring stuff isn't my thing. I think as I progress and really want to maximize my results, I "may" look into doing that type of stuff.

    But for now, to me, it seems to be too much work.

    My philosophy is just to keep improving little by little.

    However, just for you I'll check next time emoticon
