Calling it a night, early!

Was up late last night (had "hairs"), and ended up getting a less restful sleep than I'd hoped for. I did great yesterday, but today, I didn't get much activity in - did quite a bit of cleaning, but I really need to get more consistent about working out. I don't even have an excuse - I have a DVD I can work out to AND I have a treadmill, so I could have squeezed in 10 minutes. I should have pushed past a tender back and worked out. Well, tomorrow's another gym day, and I can't change today.
Did OK eating wise, UNTIL this evening! I don't know why, but the day after the gym I always feel like I'm STARVING! I don't think it's dehydration because I drink water while I'm there. I think it's some kind of mental block I have to get past. At least I have a really healthy lunch already measured and packed for tomorrow - left over brown rice and pinto beans with ham and spinach! I'm thinking about turning it into a soup - add a little water to everything and pop it in the microwave - then I can eat twice as much! LOL
