A 2014 Run Down

Tuesday, December 09, 2014

Spark friend Amanda did a vlog and put it to music. I haven't mastered this in the least and apologize for my poor editing skills!

Nevertheless - 2014 is in the books.

And 2015 will be a new set of goals ... time to get to work....

I'm finally getting semi-caught up on blogs. This one is about my favorite so far! Great job, Greg! I'm very pleased that your last 5K of the year was the first one I completed 4 years ago - Jingle Bell Walk/Run for Arthritis - a cause near and dear to my heart - and joints. Love you, Greg...you're awesome!

Yay! I finally can see it! And hear it! It's Michael Jackson, but not! Who is that?? Way cool!

You are an inspiration, and this is something you should be very, very proud of.

Hey, that was pretty good! No poor editing skills that I saw... And congrats on all the 5k's! I hope that once I get my car situation remedied that I'll be able to make it to more races in San Diego (a 2 hour drive for me, but not 120* in the summer, and therefore not deadly to run!) Also money for race fees would help...

I look forward to seeing what you've got up your sleeve for 2015!

That was pretty damn impressive, Dude. Let's up the ante for 2015 and shoot for at least one 10K every month. What can I say, other than "You're a Stud"!

Wow. That's definitely more times than I've ever run a 5K in a year (even unofficially). Last year my goal of running 12...I barely made it, and I did most of them in July/August while trying to train for something bigger, ha! :D Congrats!

    Awesome blog dude! Great accomplishments!

Let's see, I have run exactly one 5K in my whole life! I have run a number of trail races of oddball lengths. I even tried to organize a trail race, but the director of the venue put so many restrictions on the course, date and start time that I had to give up.

You are really a determined man. I am in awe of you accomplishment!
