I know I haven't made the best food choices since Thanksgiving but I know they aren't horrible. And yet I'm up 3 pounds. My measurements stayed the same but my obsession to jump on the scale everyday and drop weight is driving me crazy.
My appitite has been increasing. Before I was getting full quickly and now I feel like I could eat an entire water buffalo.

    I know exactly how you feel. My recommendation is have someone in your family hide the scale and only bring it out on weigh in days. This will prevent you from obsessing over it all of the time. For the appetite, try drinking extra water. This seems to help me out at times.
