as soon as I stop counting calories...

I stopped counting calories for a couple months in the summer at a healthy weight of 150. But I notice now at 160 that that was a mistake! Wow it takesonly a few months to gain 10 lbs! I have to start making a point to portion out my meals. I know I should be able to do the math in my head at each meal, but I always seem to have a hard time saying no to second helpings. Self control, taming my sweet tooth, staying at one helping, and eating slower are my new goals! Agh
