I am attempting to make better use of my time . Get help from professionals where it's called for , and rest as needed. I'm looking forward to , "Eating to live instead of living to eat". I may write a farewell letter to the love of my life as well. I'll entitle it , "Food , I'm letting you go so I can fly... or @ least lift off the tarmac" (-; .Blessings

    Instead of a farewell letter you might write a "we can still be friends, we just won't see as much of each other" letter!

    I feel your pain.
    You don`t have to say goodbye to food, just choose to make healthier choices at least 90 percent of the time. I`ve lost over 100 lbs. in just over a year and I`m still a foodie. I just learned to control my portions and limit unhealthier food. I even found that after awhile my cravings for junk got less and less. There are only a few foods that I completely avoid because they are binge triggers. You can do this!
