BLC 26 Expectations

I am participating in my first Biggest Loser Challenge. I am so excited. I know for me that I do so much better when I am part of a group. I love the interaction with others and I love to encourage others.
I have a few goals for myself over the next few weeks.
To lose 2 pounds per week.
To workout on a regular basis.
To strength train every week.
To follow my low carb eating all the time.
To increase my water intake daily.
To get better sleep.
To stess less.
I can't wait to see where I am I 12 weeks from now!
