So Tired! But not giving up!

Work is stressful. Not sleeping well--even having nightmares. Trying to keep going with exercise and eating right, but struggling. In a week an a half things will slow down for a day or two, but only a day or two. I'm not giving up! I keep pushing to get in exercise and not go over my calorie range--though the high range keeps me from losing. Got to workout more and eat less. Can't give up my wine after work--so stressed! Have to remember I CAN DO THIS! So CAN UP! No matter what life throws at us!
