Yesterday I took a road trip with Kris. I was worried about this because of the dreaded gas station munchies, but I did fine.
I didn't go over and even had calories etc left for snack. I lost 4 pounds last week. SO progress is made! This weeks goal is to start adding intentional exercise. I have to do this slowly or I will give up. I need to keep reminding my self how long it took to put on this weight and know that it will be awhile until it comes off.
I am excited right now, I know this will wear off too. I need to find motivations.
