I am back

Hey friends!

After a few months break I am ready to come back.

Last time my sparking was all or nothing: I blogged, I vlogged, I tracked food water and exercise, I was a good teammember, I read daily mails, I took part in challenges....It was good!
But I was neglecting my other responsibilities.
And this is what led me to abandon the site after all.

But I know sparkpeople can be a very powerful tool, and I it can help me a lot in my goal of exercising more and loosing a few pounds. I just have to find the way to use it that is more balanced for me. A way that will be both effective but not much time consuming.

We'll see...

Tracking my food
8 glasses of water
Weekly blogs
