I have to admit, I had planned a good, solid workout and I reached the end of the day and was done. Typically at this point all bets are off for both nutrition and activity for the rest of the day. Especially if there is a restaurant involved. However, I managed to stay on track with my dinner plan and even take a short walk with my doggy. This is progress, people!
