I have been making some excuses lately, to get out of walking, which is crazy, because I love t walk.
So the next time I try and talk myself out of walking....I will call my SIL and talk myself into walking. I will remind myself about how good I feel when I accomplish the walk. I will remember that I have lost 14 pounds. I will remind myself, that not walking will lead to sitting, which will lead to weight gain. I will remember that I am doing this for me.
NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!
I can do this!
