Burning Off

A quick blog today so I might share with you what I've learned.

You may or may not know I've been a big Coach Nicole fan for some time and attribute almost of of my succesful "goal" achievements to her and those great DVD"s and videos.
During this mornings workout she has once again taught me something.
Actually 2 things:
0 READ everything and pay attention

0 Do your "cardio" work-outs 1st and your strength workouts 2nd and you will burn more fat quickly!
Nicole you are a font of "Useful Information"""
Just dropped 5lbs putting her DVD's to use everyday, along with hiring my brain to monitor the food types I've been letting in.
This is so great I'm wishing someone would foot the bill and create a SparkPeople.Com College/University.
Some say you learn by your mistakes (and that is true in a sense) but since becoming a Sparker I say you CAN learn from staying in the loop and trying new things.
I discovered SparkPeople.com on You Tube through one of Nicoles posted videos which quoted "You can learn more at SparkPeople.Com"
And I did!!
As you can see after over 2 years I'm still learning and forever grateful!!

    Good to see you active, We just put our gym membership in hold. Free spinach ,kale leaf, fig, mushroom 4 cents, oatmeal for breakfast with a free apple. Motivation comes more vibrant when my rehab group has there meeting even if I do not go.
