I didn't realize just 10 minutes could kick my butt!!!

I have been reading on HIIT High Intensity Intreval Training so I looked up some work outs on Youtube and found a 10 minute one. Couldn't be that hard I mean it is ONLY 10 minutes right! It was a killer, BUT I loved it! If you want to add a little bit more umph to your exercise routine just try to make it through this just once a week...I am going to try, even though I have to stop often and puff on my inhaler!
