Positive changes bring negative results.

I made a positive change in the workplace. The results have been negative as far as weight and activity. I am heavier now than I have been in three years and I have not been motivated enough to keep up with my running. I joined a local gym to help with motivation. I haven't been there in weeks. I do have a plan. The first thing I am going to do is get back on Sparkpeople. There is more motivation here than anyplace else. Once I start building good habits I know bad habits will tend to leave. It is about faith and hard work.
