My Plan to Lose Over the BLC Break

My plan for the BLC break:
I don't really plan to take a break during the BLC break. I still seem to have an all or nothing thought process when it comes to exercise and healthy eating, so I don't want to let up on what is working. I will continue to post on Azure, remain accountable, and enjoy my teammates and all visitors.
My plan is to average a loss of one pound per week and continue improving my current level of fitness. The main components of this will be:
Keep calories between 1200-1500 6/7 days
Sodium max 1700 mg 6/7 days
Fiber 30-40 grams a day
On free day, track but allow above + 20% for calories and sodium.
Minimum 500 fitness minutes a week:
MWF 60 minutes water aerobics
MF 60 minutes yoga
Remaining days to be mixture of walks (min 3.5 mph pace), riding stationary bike, ST videos, and Azure TnT at least twice a week.
I also want to try another class at the gym. It is described as fun and energetic, for age 40 and over, a combination of yoga, pilates, and weights. Depending on how that goes, I might up my fitness minutes or substitute the class for something I am currently doing. I'll be trying it for the first time on Tuesday with a friend from my water aerobics class.
