I Tried A New Workout .... Again!

Yesterday I tried a new exercise routine. Holy Moley!!
I thought I was gonna die!
A few months after I joined sparks, I hit a plateau and sparkers suggested changing my workout routine, so I did. Well that change was made back in January. Now it's July. For the last two weeks I noticed I have NOT been enjoying my workout AT ALL.
So I told my hubby and he suggested changing it up .... again. Ugh.
Okay, so yesterday I tried a new Youtube video workout: Ultimate Workout for Belly Fat Loss - Cardio and Abs Workout. There was a lot of mat work with legs in the air. It felt like my legs were on fire and about to drop off!!
After 17 of the longest minutes of my life, I was done. I felt sweaty and accomplished. Whew!
And you know what? Changing up my routine was EXACTLY what I needed. I usually take Fridays off from working out, but not today. I'm totally looking forward to trying this new workout again after work.
