LiveFit Round 2 Day 1

Trying to reclaim my body back now that I am down to nursing just 3 times a day. In 5 days it will have been one year since I've had Riley and though I am only about 10lbs heavier than I was when I finished LiveFit in 2012 I know that the 10lbs is fat and not muscle. I am ready to get this body back on track. I know it is going to be slower this time around because I am not willing to give up wine or enjoying good meals but I am going to try hard to practice self control and keep a balance. Nothing too over the top. I'm a mom now and I work a job outside of the house that keeps me busy 50+ hours a week - this is not the same life I had in 2012 so it's not going to be the same journey to the body I want either.
