I have discovered that even when my feet are painful, I can bounce on my exercise ball and the FitBit reads that as taking steps! So, I got my steps in today emoticon I think it will be great exercise for my thighs. Wonder how sore they will be tomorrow!

    Hey, that reminds me, I used to do a lot of exercises bouncing on a stability ball. Forgot about that. That will help me when my knees act up.
