Fitness Test #2

This 6th week in the BLC we are repeating the fitness test we took in week 1. My results are:

One mile walk:
I chose to test mine in my hilly neighborhood, so I tested 1 mile uphill and 1 mile downhill -

Uphill Week 6 - 15:50 Week 1 - 16:15
Downhill Week 6 - 15:06 Week 1 - 15:42

Pushups Week 6 - 34 Week 1 - 22

Crunches Week 6 - 52 Week 1 - 20

3 minute step Week 6 - Pulse 93 Week 1 - Pulse 95


I'm not sure why my step test didn't improve as much as other areas, but I am pleased with all the results. We will test again in week 12. I'd love to see both of the one mile walk numbers break 15:00. emoticon
