Size 14s...

I ordered a pair of size 14 Levis and they came in the mail today. I was so excited to try them on. I honestly don't remember the last time I was in a size 14. 10 years ago at least! I put them on thinking there is no way that I am going to get them buttoned...and I did! I did a little celebratory leap. I just feel really proud. 54 pounds gone and size 14s! It is such great motivation to keep working hard. Although, I don't find eating well and my workouts to be much effort now. They are just part of my life. It's what I do to be healthy. One of my co-workers asked me today if I considerd myself to be on a diet and my immediate response was 'no, I've just changed my life'. I didn't even have to think about it. This is not at all a diet-it's a complete lifestyle change. One, that just happens to be fitting me quite nicely.
