I have big cravings at lunch

I crave junk food. My biggest cravings are when I am at work. During lunch, I crave burgers, tacos, fried chicken, fries, etc. What makes these craving worse is that I work a block away from many different kind of fast food places. Today, I have been craving chicken fried steak. But, I brought grilled chicken and salad for lunch and it just didn’t taste the same a chicken fried steak with gravy. So, I had 3 Little Debbie donuts. They were about 200 calories that I didn’t need and I am still craving chicken fried steak. My cravings are almost every day and I know I am only 5 minutes from a fast food restaurants. As SP has shown me, if you have a craving, you need to satisfied it and then get back to counting your calorie again. But, what if my cravings are daily? I can’t have chicken fried steak every day and lose weight. I don’t exercise enough to burn the calories I put on eating fast food every day for lunch. Plus, I knwo fast food is not good for me. Any suggestions?
