For the month of May I hope to accomplish the following -
- Work out at least 5 days a week
- Burn at least 2500 calories weekly through cardio
- Include weight lifting and stretching in my workout routine
- Drink at least 2.5 liters of water
- Eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies
- Track food eaten
- Not step on the scale or take measurements until the 23rd
In the month of April I set out to accomplish the following -
- Work out at least 5 days a week (19 days out of 30)
- Burn at least 2500 calories weekly through cardio
Week one = 1195 calories
Week two = 1660 calories
Week three = 2588 calories
Week four = 2237 calories
Week five = 2635 calories
- Include weight lifting and stretching in my workout routine (accomplished)
- Drink at least 3 liters of water (accomplished)
- Eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies (accomplished)
- Track food eaten (accomplished)
- Begin Couch to 5k (only did three days)
I will work on my list and I reduced my water intake because I weigh less.
