BLC Fitness Test

Well, I finally completed my Fitness Test...
My kiddos laughed at me as I did my push-ups and crunches, not encouraging. I'm glad I did the step challenge at the gym and the walk at the high school's track ALONE!
Here are my sad results:
Push-ups: 28 (I had to do the "girl kind")
Crunches: 28 (I had to use Evelyn's modification)
1 Mile Walk: 22 minutes
3-Minute Step: pulse 120
I'm looking forward to improving for the 6 week test!!
