SMART Goals for BLC 25

I've joined the Biggest Losers Challenge team for its Silver (25th) round. (GO AZURE DESTINATIONS!!)
Following are my SMART Goals for the 12 week challenge period:
1. Lose 25 pounds by final WIN
2. Eat 1 new FREGGIE each week
3. Drink 8+ glasses of water EVERY day
4. Track EVERY bite of food/sip of drink EVERY day
5. Get to the gym FOUR times per week
Of course, there are the givens. I will participate as fully as possible throughout this challenge. This includes checking in/chatting with my Island sisters often (I'm attempting to at least pop in every day...this is a chatty bunch!), doing fitness tests to see how my fitness level is improving, doing the activities in the CE, and participate in the WECs.
Hopefully, fully committing to the above will allow me to meet my goals and CRUSH this challenge!
