time to start thinking long term

Sunday, April 27, 2014

Its been a busy couple of moths for me. Since November. I have had surgery. Lost over a hundred pounds. Began exercising. Move to my daughter's house in Virginia. In Pa my house had 2 people living in it. Here there are nine of us. I've to make lots of change of address arrangement. Change auto and licenses. I have recently moved into a new apartment. The bathroom is now complete. Lots more room now. I am in the process of finding new doctors for both me and SW. I must set up a care plan for SW. I've found new friends and lots of places to explore. Still must work on selling my home.

And yet I feel now I can start thinking in a longer term way. I have made some new friends here. I need to get more and do more with those I've made, I really need to get myself set up for story telling and writing, I feel my new living arrangement allows for both. so perhaps I am in phrase two of my new life. I think I have a terrific start. Now I must move on.

Perhaps I need find a new church. Also need to find things I can do with my grandkids. Its all turning out quite well.

It's amazing how things start to work out once we focus on our health.

You've sure had life changes and sounds like overall you're doing well which I'm glad to hear. Maybe tackle one of the things you want to add/change, etc. than you can better focus on that. Then when you're ready work on another one. I usually write what I'm going to do or change and it helps me to look at it every day. Quite honestly, I think you're a strong guy as all those changes so close together might do me in. . .I'm glad to "hear" from you as I haven't seen you around much. Wow, losing 100 pounds so quickly it's hard to imagine. So glad you're feeling well. You've been missed so hope from time to time you'll let us know how you are and what's going on in your life. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Bob, I'm so glad to hear that you are feeling so positive and making such great progress. You really sound upbeat, and while you still have things to work on, it sounds like you also have a plan, and that is half the battle right there. 100# since November? Awesome and amazing! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Looking forward to hearing more great things from you!! Hugs, Jeannie
